Prospera Havens is a product and trade name operated by Lyvena LC, a Próspera ZEDE registered limited liability company. Lyvena LC is active in the Próspera ZEDE legal entity registry under permit number 84295683890730, registered on August 4, 2025.
Principal office, mailing, and registered office: Beta Building, Oficina 6, Próspera ZEDE, St. John's Bay, Roatán, Islas de Bahia 34101, Honduras. Registered agent: Prospera Employment Solutions LLC, Attn: PES.
Scope of Service
Lyvena LC operates Prospera Havens to provide property discovery, saved research, comparison tools, AI-assisted summaries, valuation context, and general market information about Próspera ZEDE and Roatán. Paid products are digital research bundles, software subscriptions, and agent/API research outputs.
No Professional Advice
Prospera Havens does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, escrow, title, lending, mortgage, or transaction advice. AI outputs and reports are informational and educational only. Consult qualified licensed professionals before making any real estate, legal, tax, financing, or investment decision.
No Property Transaction Processing
Prospera Havens does not process property purchases, property reservations, deposits, broker commissions, escrow payments, title transfers, tokenized real estate purchases, fractional ownership purchases, crypto asset purchases, or wallet-funded purchases through Creem checkout.
Third-Party Services
Links to developers, Próspera services, Fracta.city, or other third parties are provided for convenience and research. Fracta.city is a separate third-party service with its own terms, disclosures, onboarding, and compliance requirements. Prospera Havens is not responsible for third-party services or transactions.
Payments and Refunds
Creem checkout is used only for Prospera Havens digital research bundles and software subscriptions offered by Lyvena LC. Subscription cancellation is available through the billing experience or Creem customer portal where enabled. Refund requests and support questions should be sent to info@prosperahavens.space; we aim to respond within three business days.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Prospera Havens to commit fraud, misrepresent identity or ownership, violate third-party rights, generate unlawful content, or rely on AI outputs as a substitute for qualified professional advice. We may suspend access for misuse, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or legal/compliance risk.
