Lyvena LC collects account details, contact information, saved research, favorites, inquiries, billing metadata, support messages, and usage data needed to operate Prospera Havens. We may also process prompts and AI conversation content you submit.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide property discovery, research tools, AI-assisted features, billing access, fraud prevention, customer support, product analytics, and compliance monitoring. We do not use Creem checkout to process property purchases, deposits, tokenized investments, fractional ownership, crypto assets, or wallet-funded purchases.

Payment Data

Payment processing for eligible digital research products is handled by Creem. Lyvena LC receives limited billing metadata such as product, status, customer reference, and entitlement details for Prospera Havens. We do not store full card numbers.
